Yeah, I all but begged her to go ahead and get one. I would trade in the RG CVO and she would have the trike and I would ride the SGS. I think she really would enjoy it, but the truth is I know her well and she is scared to make that step. For that reason I will not push her. But that was a beautiful color and a 23 year model. It was almost 3k less than the new 24 they had on the floor.

Mrs Notgrownup almost thought she wanted her own. I let her ride me around 2 years ago on a trip and she realized how much work I do riding her around. I wouldn’t see **** if I rode my own is what she told me.She said she would miss just gazing out at the beautiful landscape all the time…

I took advantage of Saturday's clear skies and dry roads, to actually get in a ride, and NOT have to de-scuzz the bike afterwards.
I tried Bridges BBQ in Shelby today.
The platter had a more than ample amount of food with pulled pork, fires, beans and an interesting BBQ slaw that was good! The pork was flavorful and moist. There was only one choice of sauce and it was a house made red sauce heavy in vinegar. My wife had BBQ Nachos that she enjoyed. I would recommend this place if you find yourself in Shelby.
The ride from Marion was a bit chilly today, the bonus was the ride home was chilly with moderate rain. Well with the two points earned in the RTE-X challenge. 😆
