Info About New Products
We are working on a number of new products that Harley-Davidson® owners have asked for. However, we cannot provide details yet because many of these projects are in design and proto-type phases so any release dates associated with them are only speculation. Why? Because development timelines can fluctuate based upon obstacles and solutions to those encountered during development.
We're not just dealing with fitting hardware on a motorcycle, we're also dealing with a complex electrical system. True plug-n-play operation takes time to develop, and we know that maintaining the integrity of your Harley-Davidson® motorcycle is important, and is therefore our top priority. It would be irresponsible for Rockford Fosgate to officially announce a product, knowing the features and/or delivery details could vary. We believe that our customers deserve products that are well designed and built to last. So as soon as we complete our research, development, prototype, test, and perform long-term reliability evaluations, we will be able to share all the product details and delivery timing with our community and then via the news in an official Press Release.
Harley-Davidson® owners deserve straight forward communication. That’s why, when we get closer to announcing new models, we'll be sure to keep the HD Forum group informed by posts to this Rockford Fosgate forum.
