Fullsack Baffles

I initially did the 2.25 fullsac cores and techmat on my '17 CVOSG. Great sound for very little $ and effort. I had no problem grinding out welds with my dremel. Just be patient and use the right bit for grinding steel. Here's a sound clip. Quality is not the best with my iPhone.

Then this past spring I added the fullsac headers, HD Stage 2 torque cam, tune and pulled out the techmat. Love it!! Nice idle rumble, loud on WOT, and pulls harder. But still not too loud at cruising speeds. Here's a riding clip. Read the notes to skip to a few key sections.... idle, WOT, etc. I'm staying at this setup. Love it!!

I looked at the fullsac cores for my 2019 cvo but in the end I thought money would be better spent on a good set of slip ons that I knew would sound good and not cause any warranty issues, and I didnt have to take the time to hack up the stock cans. Certainly not knocking any of the guys who run these and like them, good slip ons was the better choice for me.

I went on my 09 from Vance and Hines Hi-Output slip ons, to the Stock mufflers with Fullsac cores installed. I picked up 4 ftlbs of torque under 3000 RPM. Horse power was the same. This is using same TTS tuner and same dyno tuner.
Wish I went Fullsac first time around, could have saved 500 dollars.
Yep, the Vance and Hines had a deeper sound, and were louder, baffles didn't have enough back pressure.
