I have a 2018 SG CVO with the 117”. Have 3,000 miles on motor (purchased in November 2018). Im running Harley “performance cams”, V n H high output slip ons with the stock header (cat delete) also running a thundermax tuner with a zippers tune. I hit my internal temp threshold multiple times today riding only about 100 miles. It’s 70 degrees out. My question is, what should my internal temperature threshold be set at and if it passes 350-360, could this be an internal sumping issue? Thanks in advance for any applicable answers.
