Wow. Your previous AFR was throwing your power in the garbage. I bet this thing is night/day difference. Your new power band is smooth as can be!!

My 2016 cvo dynod 91 hp and 110 tq. The mods are a set of crusher slipons and a tts tuner. I downloaded the stage 1 from tts with no tuning. The bike is now getting bored to 113 with the compression set at 10:8 tman 590 cams 58 throttlebody 5.3 injectors fuel moto xxx pipe with crusher mufflers. ccp should be 206.

Have fun replacing rear tires every month. That thing is gonna roast em!!
My Build is a little less aggressive, more of a touring/torque build, but love the 113 platform. Have fun with the build!

Scott7d, my a/f ratios were not the big problem, I was running stock CVO mufflers, even running the auto tune it showed fat and was trying to lean the A/F. I was getting to much reversion from the restrictive mufflers causing the 02's to read fat. I was down around 84 lbs/ft at 3,300 and now near 118 lbs/ft. Now to get some 2.0 Fullsac bafffles and quiet the beast down. Hopefully power doesn't drop!

Ah I gotcha, thanks for explaining. You may be surprised by the smaller baffles. 2 inches is about the sweet spot. I've even seen dyno comparisons where power was better with 1.75" baffles.

You want quiet and power. The crusher mellows will give you both.

Interesting cause I have 13' ultra cvo with same cams and stock bore. Only differences are in milled heads to get 10.5:1 per cam specs and running stock gutted/modified header with 110hp/122tq

It is amazing how raising the compression on the 110" makes a remarkable difference in power. Moderate cams, intake, exhaust and a tuner, wake up the beast, Harley has given us the tool, we need to only massage. I was able to go from 84 lbs/ft to 120+ at the same rpm with a muffler change, CR upgrade and a great tune.

They work well as long as you delve into aftermarket for parts. HD will kill ya and give subpar results
