Does anyone know if they made a 110 cover like the picture. And where I could find one

 

Since it says 120R I would think you need to contact your dealer and see if it is a limited to a 120R engine or sold separately.
A lot of the CVO parts are restricted to owner vin number.

To my knowledge, this is the 110 timing cover and this is the SE timing cover.
