Default Clutch Push Rod help

Which clutch push rod do I need here? 1980 FLH stock 4 speed and primary
I am getting the other push rod with the throw out bearing kit

I've tried both the one with the bearing ball and the flat one... I like the flat better because the other one wears the long pushrod and sometimes the ball detaches
PErsonal preference, don't have any other data to back it up

I've seen the one with the ball self destruct. The flat one works fine when properly adjusted. The wafer throw out bearing sucks compared to the older style.
