If you "really" want to make a head unit for these bike, you will include.............................
At least 2 sets of 4v or 5v pre-outs
Bluetooth support,
NON-ipod mp3 player support (ability to control other mp3 players via USB other than ipod)
And most importantly, this should really be number 1 in the list.......I screen easily viewable in direct sunlight!!!
You come up with something like this and you will corner the market on MC head units.
Personally, I think a head unit with a built in amp and focus on being a single sound system solution, will only benefit a certain segment of the MC community.
There is still not a single really good head unit for a MC. There are some good ones but none have everything we need.
And NONE of them have USB support for anything other than ipod. You might be able to charge a phone or mp3 player but there are none that I know of that let you control it like you can an ipod.
I refuse to be a part of the "i" cult. Bunch of followers and no leaders in that cult!
