I have been reading a lot of posts about the 7" Windsplitter, the 7" CVO windshield, and a couple others, and how much guys are loving them, as compared to the stock 4" shield. The only down side I've heard is that they don't work with the HD 3-pocket pouch.
I'm currently running the stock 4" windshield on my '15 SG, and I also have the HD 3-pocket windshield pouch. I love the pouch. I wear prescription glasses, and prescription sunglasses, and switch back and forth when getting on and off the bike. The pouch is very handy for my glasses, as well as my garage door opener, gum, smokes, camera, sometimes my cell phone, or whatever else I want to throw in there.
So I want to keep the pouch, but I'd also like a Windsplitter/CVO type windshield. Can anyone point me towards a windshield like that'll work for me?
I have Klock Werks 8.5 flare windshield on my 016 FLHTK. Works great and it's the lowest heights for the 3 windshield pouch. Like the looks,5'11' I look over the shield
Have a 3 bag on my FLHTK using LRS 7"

Yeah, it's dirty.

For those of you with the LRS Ultra Recurve: How does that shield perform as far as wind noise/hearing the stereo, compared to the stock 4"er? And how about head buffeting? I think I'm digging the looks of that one. I'm a short guy, only 5'5", so I would probably be looking at the 6" or 7" shield.
I have a 10" Harley windsplitter on mine. No problems running the windshield bag.
In the pic you can see I removed the middle pocket so it doesn't block the vent.
