Marked and drilled holes for new fender. Mocked up to check clearances. Took it for a quick ride to make sure all is well before I prep and paint.

So far I really dig them.
Next will be the monotube front fork dampers and springs. Just gotta pick up some 10wt fluid. I have 5 and 7.5, but figured I'd just follow the instructions.
Can't wait to get rid of the horrible brake dive!

Not a dadgum thing.

Well, I moved it out of the way.

Been working on the Tri-Glide to get it ready for the Maggie Valley Trike Get Together AND working on the Sporty, getting it ready for the Hot Bike Tour.

Have not ridden the Heritage since last weekend!

In that case, I guess it's a good thing that isn't your bike.

I also have beach bars but not quite as low. It's actually a very comfortable riding position.

It was actually yesterday that I did this but I went for a long ride because I wanted to reach a new milestone for me and I did it. Yesterday I reached the 100,000 mile mark on my Springer. I would have liked to have been able to do this on the original motor but I had to have ti rebuilt at 72k but at least I can say that I've ridden a little over 100k now on my Springer.

I am looking forward to seeing this done. What are your doing for the front fender?

It looks a little odd on there now, but i'm sure will look better with the bigger fender. are you going to put a bigger tire on too?

Rear tire is already a 200mm. Can't go any wider without clearance issues...might fit a 210
