I bought a Vintage Wide Touring seat and my wife loves me. Lol... I have to say, for trips, it was worth the sacrifice of looks. It feels great. I sit a little higher in the saddle than i like but.... Great seat Mustang!!

I dont know if its better then your current set up.. but i have 1.5 peg extension and the la peala Cherokee. Im thinking about adding biker gel to the seat for longer riding.

I really like the Cherokee seat. That was the seat I really liked but the rear seat was a little more narrow than the mustang. They look great though.

yes it favors looks over comfort. but its still a 9 inch wide seat i think.
