Does the tour pak relocator move the tour pak farther back? That's what I want to do because there is absolutely no room to get to the seat bolt. I have the Custom Dynamics tail light flasher module there and want to be able to remove the bolt which is almost impossible to do now. I have it moved as far back as it will go now. I have the Road Zepplin seat which is even bigger then the stock seat, which doesn't help at all.

A must have if you travel 2 up. DK's is the best out there. The others on the market are nowhere near the quality. Plus, DK's is made in the good 'ol US of A.

I have a Road Zepplin seat and like you couldn't access the seat bolt. Here are photos with the Tour Pak moved back 3 inches. Hope this helps in your decision and the folks at DK Customs are great to work with.
6Bull, how's the Zepplin on long trips ? I tip the scales at 200 +/-. Being type 2 diabetic, blood circulation in my legs is a must for me. Also, is the seating position the same as the OE seat ? I do not want the seat moving me backwards away from the grips. Tia.
Sounds great, but now that I think about it, I will probably have to rewire my Hyper-Lites with longer wires. I also use a Saddlemen's "Dresser" back seat bag on long trips as a back rest and won't be able to take advantage of that any more. Bummer.
Keep the back seat bag and buy the Mustang backrest kit for the trike. That's what I did. Around town I don't even use the backrest. The Mustang receiver hides very nicely under the seat, right where the opening is between the rider and passenger sections.

With the Road Zepplin seat I sit maybe a couple of inches higher than the OE seat but don't sit any farther back. If my behind gets to hurting I just fill the air bladders. Others may have different opinions, but I love how wide the seat is for the driver. I tip the scales at 200 ++.
I first bought the Zepplin for my 2009 Electra Glide Motortrike conversion, I found out the handle bars were a bit lower because of the rake kit. I installed Paul Yaffe 12" Classic Bagger Apes and that brought the handle bars up and back toward me. I was reaching for the handle bars before on the conversion. I will have the Paul Yaffee Classic Bagger Apes installed on my 2016 Tri Glide this winter.
My scrawny rear end probably won't ever really be comfortable on a motorcycle unless I'd mount a recliner on one, but between changing the pressures around in my 3-chamber RZ, changing the pressure in and moving my Airhawk2, and frequently moving around a lot and changing my Mustang backrest angle, I've gotten to where we can go 300-350 miles a day and not feel too bad. I still get pretty sore on anything over 420 miles, but I've only tried that a couple of times.
It does raise you up quite a bit, but with 2+2 narrow sweepers it's not that bad. I do like how I just look over the windshield now. The only thing I might change is to go from a 1" floorboard extension to one of those 2.5" ones that raise your feet up a half inch. I'm thinking that may help with a bit of pressure on my thighs at the front of the seat, angle them up a bit.
I bought a used RZ seat off of someone on the forum for a decent price, but the compressor runs a lot; I think it's a bad pressure switch. But it's wired to one of the dash board switches, so no problem, I just turn that on when one of us wants to go up a bit.
Oh, by the way, I just found a source for RZ pressure switches; I may give this a shot and see if I can fix it. A bit pricey at $35, but much cheaper than sending the seat in via the dealer. https://presair.com/shop/trp111a-12p...essure-switch/
I wonder if I should look for RZ issues and post that info. Maybe I'll do some searching tonight.
Oh, and heck, the last day in November and it's 60 degrees in NW Ohio? WE'RE GOING FOR A RIDE! They just dropped off the trike from getting the 15K service and a detail job! Woohoo!

I'm a little different. I weigh 190 and the RZ seat doesn't seem higher to me, but it does move you closer to the handlebars then a stock seat, not farther away. Plus it makes getting to the rear seat bolt harder. The seat is wider which probably makes it seem higher. When I lower it all the way, it's about the same height as a stock seat - at least for me. I can see through the windshield in the lowered position and a couple inches above it in the raised position.
I also have type 2 diabetes, but my problem is the sciatic nerve. The old 3 bladder RZ seat was perfect for me, but the new 2 bladder seat not so much. That center bladder worked miracles.
I did the SS1000 which is 1000 miles in 24 hours, but my normal daily ride is 450 to 600 miles.
I also use a beaded seat pad for looong trips.
I will never get rid of the "Dresser" bag. It is the best touring luggage I have ever found (for a bagger) - and I've tried a lot of bags in my day.
