My Dad is looking to sell his 2000 Dyna Wide Glide. He is the 2nd owner and is moving to a Road King and doesn't need two bikes. This bike has under 5,900 miles and has the Harley Stage 1 kit along with Screamin' Eagle pipes. He has added a custom matching Memphis shades Batwing fairing and and a Bad&G bag along with a few other small chrome touches. The bike has been garage kept it's entire life and just had a VA inspection last Fall 11/2016. He is asking $6,000 but is open to all reasonable offers. Any thoughts on the price? The prices around me have a pretty wide variance, it's hard to find a 17 year old bike with under 6k miles so if I am off base let me know.

 

My 2 cents. It's a beautiful bike but...... I think you are approaching the softail/fat boy pricing point. I paid 7k for a 2005 Fat Boy with 9k miles. I see 05-06 Heritages often in the 7-9 price range with 12-18,000 miles. Just my thoughts

Not with less than 6k miles. Finding a 2000 with under 6k miles is hard to come by, if it had 20k then I would agree 100%.
