Not sure about the magnets.. But that's the cam and the seal. Behind the seal is the bushing.... You won't know if it's a stock cam till you get it out and post some more pics.....

Can I take cam cone off and leave cam and lifter in till I get mags

You can, just make sure the front cylinder is at TDC.... It takes most of the tension off of the cam except for the rear exhaust valve. Or you can cut the oem pushrods and not worry about it....

See that orange spacer that's the shim for your breather gear... Don't loose it.... Put it back on the breather....
