Not sure about the magnets.. But that's the cam and the seal. Behind the seal is the bushing.... You won't know if it's a stock cam till you get it out and post some more pics.....
You can, just make sure the front cylinder is at TDC.... It takes most of the tension off of the cam except for the rear exhaust valve. Or you can cut the oem pushrods and not worry about it....
