Yes and it wasn't difficult at all. I removed the seat and rear tank bolt so I could tip the tank just a little for access. Ran the cable in that small wire holder bracket (maybe 8-10 inches or so) on the frame. After that it comes out the front of the tank and up. Probably the toughest part was getting the PV connector (not the diagnostic connector) through the cutout on the back of the diagnostic case without damaging anything. It is pretty tight with the cables coming into it.
