not bad cop, just remind them of the rules they agreed to when they bought in the neighborhood. 90% of the time, people run afoul of the rules because they did not bother to read them. The other 10% are like my sister's friend who willfully flouted the rules because she thought we would not do any thing. We did and she still doesn't speak to me. No loss to me, never liked that bitch anyway.

You know Lou, if you wrap a rubber band tight around your wrist and wait for your hand to go to sleep, it should feel like that "pen holder"
