Vance and Hines Fuelpak pulled off my 09 FLHX. These are the original model fuel packs that DO NOT marry to the ECM of the bike, so this fuel pack is still a fully capable programmer for your Harley touring model. I believe these are for touring model years 08-10, This is the ORIGINAL 61009 model! Works perfect!
