Default Softail Deluxe Nacelle Headlight Part Numbers?

I'm looking to order my Nacelle headlight conversion kit tomorrow morning and wanted to make sure that what I have compiled will work for my bike. All of the threads I've read have referenced old part #'s. I know that i need to trim about 1/2" off the mounting screws for the passing lamp brackets which is fine but other than that it looks to be a 2-3 hour project. As well can I use the same trim ring from my old headlamp or does a new one need to be purchased? I'm aware of the "gap" at the bottom and saw some recommendations on what people did to minimize it which I'll try.

Here are the part #'s given to me by Harley. Can any that has done this confirm?

Nacelle - 61300420
Riser Kit - 46809-09

Here is my bike for reference.

RyanS beautiful scoot you got there it's gonna look amazing with the nacelle. The part number 61300420 is correct for the nacelle but you will need to buy a different visor trim ring for a touring model they make two types just make sure you buy the right one with the bolt on the bottom, your current one wont fit. Just a bit of advice if you look for a set of risers off of a heritage classic (usually find them for $25 or so) they will fit and you can still use the riser covers you have now. It will save you some cash besides besides you wont be able to see them once you have the riser cover installed. Good luck on your install I think it's one of the best upgrades you can do to your Luxe.

Thanks man.. Great info and it helped a lot. I actually didnt need to get a riser as the ones I had already worked perfectly. I was able to get the 7" visor as well with the screw and got it clamps down pretty good. Not too bad of an install and turned out great.

Beauty bike! That chrome nacelle sets off the color of the bike nicely. The beach bars flow well with the lines too. Nice job.

I currently have the dogbone riser. Wondering if I will have to change? What was the part number on the trim ring? Looks great by the way.

Hi Ryan.

What a beautiful bike, very precise and fine taste of small details you got!!

I'm about to do (redesign) a Softail 1996 FLSTN into a more chromed look and I wondered if you could help me with a small parts list. Meaning I'm slightly going for the look you've done, so if you wanna help with what you've changed it would help

Best regards

For some reason, the pictures are not showing up for me. I would love to see the bike and how the install turned out.

Ryan, I like your style!

But then, I am a bit biased. Did the Nacelle conversion a couple years back

Looks awesome. I have a 2007 Deluxe and would like to make the same mod. Do you know if you can use the stock windshield with the new nacelle?
