Well I have been trying to catch Markus the dishwasher hose eating mother _ _ _ _ _ _ _ mouse with no luck. Three traps and he cleaned one of them slick as a whistle. Decided to pull the dishwasher and found a second hose chewed in half!
Looked it up and its another $35! No way I am replacing anything until I catch this little _ _ _ _ _er!
Rick, perhaps you need to give him amnesty and he will move on to another house since he will have no fear of deportation or decapitation

The sad part is that the hose is simply a ribbed back hose maybe 3/8 diameter and 24" long. No check valves, just a hose that isn't even high pressure. It fills the dishwasher thats it. I am seriously considering buying a simple hose and replacing it. Knowing my luck tho it will f something else up.

My dishwasher supply hose is braided stainless over rubber. Can you get one of those?
