I'm finally finishing the restoration of a '31 Indian 101 Scout. This cold weather in the northeast is giving me all the time I need!

I'll be installing LED fog lamps and running the wires through the engine guard. That won't happen until it warms up a bit with highs in the 50s instead of the 30s.

I have a small primary cover oil leak to repair when it warms up a bit.

Putting in a set of Redshift 511 cams, new inner & outter cam bearings, lifters & a set of Cyco tensioner shoes. Also getting a tach & switching to a different a/c & venting the crankcase to the atmosphere.

Sit around disgruntled until it warms up. Because of my wife's career I either live with this winter crap or get divorced and run for the (warmer) hills.

Replacing the neck bearings on my Bobber. New front tire, brakes and some minor wiring.
