Got the engine in the Kawasaki last night. Doesn't weigh much but what a pain to put in. 5 brackets and 4 long bolts hold it in but you can't have the brackets on first. My two kids stopped by to help. They did the lifting and balancing while i carefully maneuvered into the frame and they held it while I got a few brackets bolted in.....Jeez, it didn't take 3 guys to put that V8 in the DatsunZ

 

Ahhh, the reassembly...that is always where I have problems. I never could get the arms and legs back on that dismembered hooker...wait, what?

I did that at a WalMart not too long ago. I guess I had other things on m mind and didn't pay close enough attention as to which doorway I needed to go through. I saw there were no urinals and thought it was some transgender rights statement....til I walked out. Good thing no one saw me...or at least not as far as I know
