Boom Box USB Music wont advance tracks
Hi I own a 2014 Street Glide and recently fitted HG rear speakers and had the head unit Flashed at Harley Dealer to recognise rear speakers.
Up till then USB Music Tracks would advance track forward or reverse using the hand control button. Since the unit has been flashed the tracks will not advance or reverse any ideas as to the problem?

Hi Jockotwin, thanks for your response the usb stick was advancing and reversing no problem with no preset song list and after the dealer flash the same usb which has never been removed from the bike will not function now. I will have a look at the manual

Thanks for the good advice. My bike was going in for service this weekend for the exact same problem, and they were ready to pull the fairing, since the techs couldn't figure it out. 2 minutes in the garage, and my left joystick's working again!
Warranties are meant to be broken, but the dealership is clueless. They were even mentioning that if they couldn't get it to work, they'd order a new system.

I know this is an old post but I had to thank you for the answer I've been trying to figure out why my seek hand control wasn't working on my 15 Electra Glide. Dealership said its a common issue and they might have to order in a head unit. Luckily switching it to seek solved my issue.
Thanks again
