Saw on another site, SAE and DOT do not test, they are just standards so the manufacturer has to certify themselves. I wouldn't imagine that it would be hard to meet the standards on a $100 light even a knock-off.

They are cool.. and i dont mind getting some knockoff when they are as cheap as they are.. i dont have money for harley daymaker lol.. the prices on that is insane!

I am happy with my 50 dollar daymaker knockoff.. beats stock any day..

I will be looking for the adaptive for 5 3/4 forsure!
