Default How many Softail owners switching to the m8?

Just curious how many Softail owners are plaining on switching to the new m8 107 if and when Harley makes the switch? Or are you going to stick with your twin cams? I personally love the power of my 103 HO engine and with many performance upgrades available im most likely sticking with it.

Dyna rider but I can't see them not putting the M8 in it at the same time as the ST.

I'll be making the switch to a touring bike next - no choice in the matter really on the M8. If I want a new touring bike, that's how they come.

I like everything just fine about my 103 and my desire to go touring has nothing to do with the motor but a wee bit more comfort and capability for overnighters and camping.

I'd be more tempted if they put an EVO in them.

I will not switch unless it is the 114 M8. I have enough seat time (more than dealer test ride) with the 107 that I am sure my 110 will keep up with the 107 in terms of performance. The fact that I have easy access to the sparkplugs if I need to while on the road...no lifting the tank.

Me too. I'm more than happy with the one I have now, but with over 200K on the bike it's getting a bit long in the tooth.

No offense intended, but Twinkie Softails don't feel like a Harley-Davidson to me. They're too refined and feel more like a metric cruiser.

I have no plans in trading mine. It is just the way I want it.

I will seriously investigate the M8 in the softail line when it happens?
Unless I end up with a freewheeler before then? Lol

Nope, I'm happy with what I've got.
