Default Dead motorcycle thief?

If the dead guy was in the know or responsible for the theft, I'm not going to be too broken up about this.

"The OHP believes the motorcycle may have been stolen."

Worst part of this story is dragging the Harley on it's side to the tow truck.

It went off the road and hit a tree. I'm guessing "not great"?

The red strut is a dead giveaway, friend of a friend had CVO FXDFSE that was redish oranger That fender and tank are a hasty rattle can job. You can tell its a CVO by the gauge faces and the handlebar mounted tach.
