few pics of my new old evo
92 Electra glide Andrews ev27 cam , pipes unknown bit not stock. Needs oil pump rebuild, fork seals and brakes suck. So I'll be upgrading them. It's my 3rd harley all evo models. First touring model.
Clean and tidy
Standard wet sumping I need to reseat the ball and check the spring and also the cam breather gear.

I always disliked the Harley oem brakes. Typical guy that first rode a sport bike with good breaks.

Spend the extra money upfront and buy some quality front stoppers. Leave the rear disc until later.

Congrats, enjoy your new machine and welcome.

Welcome Pauly from the Cereal City. Very nice ride. The Evo site is the best one on the Forum. Any questions will be answered by the experts (not me). Enjoy and utilize this site.

Nice looking bike.

Why does the oil pump need rebuilding? Because of that leak? That's a gasket issue. Is there good pressure? That is, as long as the oil light is off at idle, that's "good pressure."

That's an awesome looking bike right there! Bravo!

I'm 100% with T&V on the brakes: Get some new calipers on front (I went with Wilwoods) and you'll no longer have to plan your stops with a calendar.

Welcome Mr. Dark Candy Plum, glad to have you aboard! Big fan of the non-standard colors.

If it's Melbourne AUS, then - G'day mate, been missing those Aussie snags and stubbys since I left!

-Mr. Aqua Pearl.

Nice ride.

Might be Screamin' Eagle slip-ons? Kind of typical for that era.

I thought it was going to be a simple lack of use wet sumping issue, start the bike and with the vent re routed to below instead of the air cleaner its almost like a constant slow pumping of oil out the vent. Rode the bike 100 miles and it seems like the ball isn't seating and the return line is just slowly feeding back a constant smalll flow. Good oil pressure. Which I'm sure will improve once I work out what oil is even in there. Cheers.
