Default Sundowner Solo on ‘16 Fat Bob

I bought a HD Sundowner Solo for my 2016 Fat Bob. Tried to install it today and couldn’t get the nut out of the hole where the original two-up seat mounts. Do I need to purchase a separate nut to mount the Solo or am I doing something wrong. Has anyone mounted a Sundowner Solo to a Fat Bob and had this issue?

Update: For those of you who read this post and for those who might read it in the future, here is the answer. On a 2016 Fat Bob (and maybe other years and models), a separate nut, black plastic U-shaped washer, and screw is needed to mount the Sundowner Solo seat to our bikes. This can be purchased from any Harley dealer for $6.00 or so. The nut mounted on the underside of the rear fender that the two-up seat screws down into cannot be removed and used to mount the Solo as it is fabricated into the mud flap/license plate bracket on Fat Bobs.

Hope this helps.

P.S. The Sundowner Solo seat now on my bike changes the riding position. I am now riding higher up and farther forward on the bike. Not yet used to it as I have only taken a test ride. May or may not like this position after I log some miles. If not, the Solo will be up for sale on this site.

Okay. Here is what the new Sundowner Solo looks like mounted on my bike. Don’t really know what to do with the 4 black square rubber bumpers on the top of fender behind seat. I think these are glued down to the fender with some type of adhesive.
