Gremlin bells throws the balance off and you get wobble & pulling.

 

Update:
Well I finally got the FXSTC out after rebuilding the forks with Progressive springs...no change.
Next I'll try the neck bearings.

 

Ya, don't forget the goose neck bearings!

 

Update:
I was finally able to get the bike out after replacing the neck bearings but I also put on a new rear tire and fixed a problem with the center spacer in the wheel.
Wobble is gone.
