Default Pipe changes for my Sporty

Good afternoon everybody, so currently I have Vance@Hines tuned drag pipes with torque cones on 1200 XL. I'm about to change to a Super Trapp 2into1 megaphone pipe. I'm not sure if I should run the torque cones or not. Any suggestions?
thanks..

A couple of dyno runs will answer your question. Everything else is just speculation and the placebo effect.

I have no clue what the answer is.

Has your bike been retuned for the pipes you are running at present?
When you change the pipes the engine will possibly need a retune.
If your bike was tuned using for example the Screamin' Eagle tuner the settings could well be different to someone using a V&H FP3 so will get different results.

Yeah I would definitely say mine has a "hot rod" motor.. That's why I'm going to a 2into1. More power...

Definitely horse power.. It really turns on about 3000rpm and pulls hard till 6800ish when I ****. I'm hoping the 2into1 produces some more torque.. Either way it flat screens..

Here's a REPORT LINK to a very informative write-up Kevin(the K in "DK") did on exhaust.

Full of myths, facts, and how to get the most out of your exhaust, stock or aftermarket.
