Default Quieter mufflers

Currently running S&S header with Rinehart 4" mufflers on my '14 Limited. Wanting much quieter mufflers. The older I get, the less I like the loud Rineharts. Looking for suggestions/recommendations from others who have done this.

Try your stock mufflers. They will be louder with the headers than they were with the stock pipes.

Don't have stock mufflers. Never did. Bike had Street Cannons at purchase and they sounded like sh*t when I installed the S&S header.

Where in Texas are you at Pops? I have a set of stock mufflers you can have for just the shipping if far and nothing if you are close enough to pick them up.

Go back to your stock header with the 4" Rineharts.

This^^^
I put a Rush REC17 headpipe on my '16 FLHXS and the stock slip-ons.
Sounds like a Harley and not loud.

Try these: Jackpot 4" Dynotuned Slash Down Chrome Slip On Mufflers
(550-0698)
not loud at at slow speed but has a nice bark a freeway speeds, overall much deeper sound.

You could also try some Fuel Moto E-Series. That have discs you can add or subtract to go louder or quieter. I have them & love them. They are a tad pricey, tho…
