Default Painted tins

I had my tins painted. The dash which has my speedo was painted nardo gray also. And my electric cover and battery cover were painted nardo gray too. I had the paint shop bondo the tank where the welding seems were under the bib below the dash. No more bib. And I found someone who made 3D CVO badges which will be on the sides of the tank. All my chrome parts on the bike including my wheels, hubs and inner parts of the 2 piece rotors were powder coated translucent black which looks like chrome black. Bike should be put back together within a week or two

Nice, who did the paint work. I also put bondo on my weld, looks a lot nicer without the dash cover.

Larry for Mid Island Collision in Rockville Center got the bike prepped and painted for me. First he painted the parts Nardo gray and did a double clear coating everything. Then he had Lou Costa come in and tape off the shape of all the panels that were going to be painted black. Then Larry taped off the parts that werent being painted black. Scuffed up the tins. Painted the black panels and clear coated the tins again. Then scuffed up the tins again. Had Lou Costa come in and pinstripe the dark orange and then the parts were clear coated again. The only parts not touched after being painted the first time but clear coated 3 or 4 times were my battery and electric covers.

Now Im getting one of my MC brothers tins off his bike to bring there. He told me I can decide on the color of the bike and the design. So the design Im doing on his bike is sick. The panels on the tank will be broken up into 2 with a thick line thats the main color of the bike breaking up the tank panels in a sharp rounded shape. Same thing on his fairing. Same thing on the fenders. And then a thin pinstriping around the panels. Im thinking of going Aston Martin China Gray for the main color and Aston Martin Ultramarine Black for the panels. Or go China Gray and aston martin Ocellus Teal. But the teal isnt your regular teal. Its a nice looking blue
