Default Garage Leathers swingarm bag w/ Legendary Cycles hardmount kit

This is for Softails up to 2017. I bought new and had it fitted to a 2017 Slim for about 2000 miles. It never dragged and has no wear. I upgraded my storage capacity with saddlebags and unfortunately can't use this bag anymore.

I hard mounted this swingarm bag to my bike with the Legendary Cycles (Dead Creek) Solo Bobber Bracket kit. I did not use the small backing plate intended to go inside the bag. Instead, I fitted a thin sheet of plexiglass contoured to the shape of the bag's back inside the bag and mounted as seen in the pictures. I filed the spacers and bolts down so the bag sits flush with the swingarm tubes with barely a gap seen. The large backing plate does not contact the swingarm at all even though I fitted it so close. I was very pleased with the sturdy fit of this setup. I was going to make a metal plate to fit on this inside but never got around to it as the plexiglass works just fine even though it cracked when drilling it. Please note I can't guarantee this setup will sit as flush on any other bike as there are probably some minute differences in the weld points of the belt guard mounts. However, washers could be used if it sits too close. Included but not needed are the bobber bracket instructions, the small inner plate, and the leather buckle straps. Please let me know if you have any questions. $200 shipped.

Would you sell the mounting kit separately?

I can split but it’s a pretty sweet setup hardmounted. Just to be clear the bag is drilled to be hard mounted. I would just put some tape or something to cover the 3 mounting holes.

Please PM me with offers to split. I’ll try to work something out for everyone’s advantage.

Oops reading comprehension would be helpful on my part you already have the mounting kit.

Here’s my perspective though the studs are trimmed to fit this particular setup. GinsengSullivem maybe golfblues would like your mounting kit if it’s not filed down yet? Just trying to think of options here.
