Bike still in limp mode
OK so I'm getting the p0641 and p1511 codes. I've replaced the plug on the throttle body and hard wired the tgs cause a mouse got under the fairing and chewed up some of the wires. But I reset the codes and when I go for a ride it rides great for about a mile then kicks itself into limp mode. I'm at a loss as what to check next. As I've checked all the known places for this fault. Is it time to start replacing hardware i.e. throttle body or tgs thanks for any help into this

Do you have a friend with a similar model bike? You can take the throttle position sensor off the side of the throttle body by removing the six metal clips holding it on. A couple are tough to get off and on but it can be done. If possible borrow one from a friend and see if that cures your problem, it was exactly what was wrong with my bike after going through all the same stuff you have. At least that will confirm or eliminate it as a possibility and save you money if it's not the issue.
Man no I don't I wouldn't be here asking for advice if I would have known one of those exsited.
My buddy had a mouse get into his bike. We spent the day and removed the tank, seat etc and looked at every wire we could. This was after winter storage. It was amazing what was damaged and you wouldnt have thought wire x affected y....

What year and model? I’m betting (guessing) issue with the circuit for tbw. 0641 is a voltage out of range. 1511 is power management mode. Plug and unplug the throttle body sensor multiple times to clean it up. Make sure all pins and receivers are in correct position.
After that check every connection even if you are sure. I doubt a mouse would break a part but they will wreak havoc on wires and connections.

FWIW.... whenever I buy a new (to me) bike, I get the factory service manual, the parts catalog, and electrical diagnostic manual for that year/model bike...
I use the hell out of the service manuals....
I use the parts catalog for both part number look-ups (I don't trust many of the parts counter guys), and the exploded diagrams help me a lot with projects I've never done before... I know and use the online parts finders, but when working on my bikes, I'm a manual kind of guy...
I rarely open the electrical diagnostic manuals.... but when I need them, they are worth their weight in gold...
Oh yeah, I may sell a bike, but I never get rid of the manuals....
I had trouble like this last summer, with the 2015 Road King, stage 1 going into limp mode intermittently, throwing the p1511 and p2135 codes. It got worse and finally was diagnosed as Power Commander V failure (4 yrs old). Replaced tuner with Screaming Eagle tuner. Problem solved, runs great.
