Default Badlands ATS-03

Has anyone had the issue where the time the flashers are on is only 8 seconds with the Badlands ATS-03? Also is there a unit that can pause while holding the brake?

What year bike are we discussing? HD did not come out with the self canceling auto run turn signals until 1991. 1990 and down you had to hold the button.

It's a 91 FXR. It's been modified.
Anyway, I purchased a new Badlands Illuminator to solve the issue. Problem is it won't work on this turn signal configuration... I realised that after I shortened the wires and crimped a terminal on. So, $80.00 to anyone interested in a new one P/N ILL-01

On the Badlands you hit the turn signal button twice and it doubles the flash time, should be 12 seconds one push and 24 two pushes.

my question is if you hold it down does it just stay on and I wanna release it goes off? Or is it only you press it and you get X amount of time and then you’d have to press it again? Like if you’re sitting at a stoplight..

that’s the last thing I wanna do to mine, but my lights are all jacked up. I don’t like the replicas I think I’m just gonna deal with the corrosion and solder everything…

I can’t believe how expensive some of the lighting is for these bikes if you want to maintain the original housings and go LED.

Mine doubled the duration by double-tapping it.
