18" front fat spoke wheel for 2009 UC

Ok, I'm getting close to having to buy another front fender for a 21" fat spoke wheel, because, I'm not having any success with finding an 18" fat spoke wheel that fits a 2009 UC. I bought a KlockWerk slicer front fender for a 16" to 19" range (stock wheel is 17") and it has room for an 18. Has anyone put a 18" fat spoke on their UC? Also, not wanting to break the bank on the wheel either, so be gentle on the price! Thanks!

Probably DNA is one of the least expensive in name brands here, depending on the number of spokes. 52 is about the norm. Then you get nickel and dimed on the rotors, rotor bolts, ABS or non-ABS bearings, etc. You're probably at $550 for a complete wheel setup in a 18x3.5 wheel in 40-spokes.
I would check the overall diameter the fender can take, as it might depend on the tire profile you get on the wheel.

I’ve put 21” front wheels on several Harley touring models using the stock fender…and aftermarket fenders are way easy to come by.
My first 21” was an Ultima brand, then a Sinister (I put on my bro-in-law’s bike)…a Hog Pro on mine…and recently put a fat spoke 21” from a Seller called Mototeks on Amazon on my Pop’s Ultra Classic.
Ultima (DNA?) is by far the least expensive…Hog Pro seems to be out of business…and Sinister was the priciest of the bunch.
Mototeks seemed to be the best combination value & quality for the money ($750-ish for wheel/tire shipped mounted and balanced with brake rotors included)…but they no longer appear on Amazon.
The closest current seller that seems to be similar is called CalTire.
not sure this was helpful at all

Yeah, that was alot of help! The Slicer is a hugger so the wheel/tire can't be larger than a 19". I'm going to try measuring and see what that shows. I know stock fender has lots of room, not sure on the hugger. If things don't fly, I'll be out $450 for fender and paint, but I'll have my fat spokes! Thanks again for the info, that helped me with my searches to find deals on spokes!
