I just bought a 2007 Lowrider and found out my bike lift can't lift it. I know Harley used to offer a Lift Adapter Kit 98965-99, but it is no longer available anywhere that I know of. Is there an aftermarket company that makes one?

I found these on a quick search...
NOTE: I have no first hand knowledge about the company or the product
Nice find! And pretty smart that someone is making them again. I know guys will chime in saying 'use a 2x4' or whatever, but those adapters are simple and fast.
Not sure what type of jack you have but there is a well known mod that makes things a lot easier. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M8lanUaFQNE
here’s the one I have as purchased and after modifying to fit the Dyna frame.
Did that to my jack for less than $5 in parts and about a half hours time, works great.

It's literally three identical blocks of plastic that clip to the bottom of the frame rail. Two on one side and ome on the other (there is a metal flange welded ot the bottom of the frame in one spot. The three bloks plus the flange give you your four same-height lifting points.
There's really nothing to it. Plus its way overpriced and the design and construction is fairly poor (wobbly, and easy for the blocks to 'topple, as they are fairly tall/ narrow. Three blocks of wood, stuck in the right places on the top of your lift with eg double-sided tape or screws, does the same job much better and much cheaper.
If you do a search, I recal seeing several other solutions for this standard "Harbor Freight" style lifts, including using longer bolts to reposition the lifting rails on the lift to the 'outside of the lever arms. Looks pretty simple from memory.
This is exactly what I did after I had already dropped my bike not once but twice. Second time the tank got dented. I have a Craftsmen and the width now measures just over 14 1/2" and clears the drop in the frame. 1/2' x 6' 12.9 bolts..
