Default Drive Pulley Search 2004 RG w/ PM Wheel

I've got an '04 Road Glide I am going to bring back to life. It is a well documented build done in 2004 by High-Country HD in Denver and at the time was featured in various publications. It's running Axtell big bores and Baker 6-speed along with custom welded-up crank, etc to make it beefier for the time. The drive belt had around 10 inches or torn-off teeth and the drive pulley is also thrashed.

The pulley is 70-tooth 1 1/8th inch width made by Performance Machine. I spoke to PM and they were zero help. They just said they stopped making this and other parts because nobody bought them, "you're on your own". They chose to just sell the bright and shiny bits, not parts like this. Trask also said they don't make anything that'd work. The OEM spec doesn't work. There's a spacer (circled in red) that was used to fit the wheel on the PM pulley but the spacer won't work on the ONE 70-tooth 1 1/8th pulley I could find.

Do any of you guys know where I might find a 70-tooth 1 1/8th drive pulley that'll work on the PM wheels you see in the pics? There is a race inside the hub that needs to fit one flange of a spacer that also works on the pulley to create the space to align right.

Hope that makes sense!

Take the stuff to a machine shop and tell them what you need to do. You may only need to machine the pulley a little to fit or you may need to make a custom spacer. Your description is not very good.

Not sure exactly how to describe it. I figured it was better than just saying, “trying to find a 70T 1 1/8 pulley”. Happy to repost if you’d like to write what a good description may look like.
