Good to hear its a relatively simple fix (assuming it is fiberglass) you could fill it pretty easily. Do a little research on it and you should be able to fill it no problem! All the supplies you will need are available at any local parts store (Autozone, etc)

I was real iffy about this fairing. Worked out a few bugs, got it painted and now i LOVE it. so glad I didnt sell it.
Anyway, 2001 FXDX with RWD FXRT fairing, vents glassed shut, fairing trimmed to follow tank curve and windshield cut to clear hand guards (which now are my blinkers also.)

cant wait to get my candy red air cleaner back, hate this cone thing.

Pug,

This thread has been awesome man. Question from a fellow 5'7"er. With that bar set up are you leaning forward or are you able to lean back a bit? I've been looking into getting T-bars or risers with mx bars since they come back towards the rider. Just trying to get an idea of what height I want to go with.

ajk511.... I had 8" straights risers with low-rise bars (very similar to biltwell trackers) and it wasn't bad, but my arms were either locked or i was leaning forward which gets old. Switched to 9.5" pullback risers and biltwell trackers, and its MONEY. don't plan on ever running a different setup. From track days to 1,000 mile weekends, its perfect! hope that helps
