Thanks man, yeah they are tree huggers. We are keeping the switch housings, they aren't really something that's gonna make or break the bike. As for the internal stuff, its not too hard when you use the right stuff, and this bike is pre can-bus. I've done a couple sets of bars so far, and I'd have to say the 1-1/4" bars are a bigger pain in the ***. not too sure how you ran your lines but here's a pic of mine

Looks great. Ya, I had the 1.5 bars so it made it a little easier. I ran mine basically the same as you except they my line goes unto the bars on the underside.

Internals? A tad more expensive but the ONLY way to go, IMHO. It cleans the bike up so much and you don't have all that stuff flapping around in the wind. When I was sure I wanted to go to apes I knew the only way I would do it was with internals. I waited and saved until I could do so.
I was told by a judge in 1 show that my bars, internals and attention to detail was what pushed me over the top compared to 2nd place winner. There are some bad azz bikes on this forum and in no way do I claim to have the best, the cleanest, the nicest bike on here. In fact, it would be an honor just to ride with or park mine next to a few of the bikes in here.
