Other than looks, probably no big advantage with the size, just loose the stocker, I like the feel of the Metzeler.... just shop for price, Dennis Kirk is usually good. I installed the 260 when I did the 30/70 change, I had to raise the stock fender with spacers to clear the tire (no issue with the new fender). That might not be an problem with a 240 or 250, might just be the shape of the Metz., but the 30/70 combo moves the wheel/tire forward, so be prepared, also make sure to get the correct size pulley spacer depending on if you go 260 or 240....reflectors pop right off with channel locks, just don't touch the paint or chrome...If you have any more question, please PM me.....it'll keep my thread on track.

Today I took care of a couple of little things that were buggin me....When I installed the new cables and lines, I ran the clutch cable and front brake line both down the left side of the tree. So I disconnected the brake line and rerouted it on the right, to even out the look... I also adjusted/modified the mounting bracket for the chin spoiler and was able to get it centered, level and tight up against the frame (it was a little off to the left and high in the front before)...and I changed out the hydraulic switch for the rear brake lights, I had the old switch disconnected because it was bad.... so now my brake lights work off the pedal again!!

The 1st pic is BEFORE, with the cable and brake line on the left...also a few with the (now) centered and level spoiler....

AFTER....

Well, I had been thinking about it.......It's now ordered and shipped!!

....I also had to order a new clutch cable. The Magnum Shielding cable is defective and has a small/slow leak at the chrome fitting on the tranny end that eventually runs down and drips off the cable. They had me send them a pic and I'm hoping they will cover it under warranty and give me a credit...
