if you go to the Memphis shades website an look at their batwings you will see there's not provision for a radio or speakers, it's just a shell. that's one of the many universal batwings offered by several companies. standard streetglide windshields fit it. Looks like you're missing a bracket so you can trace the one that's on it on some metal an cut one for the other side. then get the HD quick connect windshield mounts an start tweaking it to fit.

 

once its on i will post pics i cant wait to get it on there it already looks nice when it just sets up on there.
