I put a set of black 2017 Fatboy S bars on my 2016 Break out. It is an awesome upgrade from stock. I just had to put on a longer upper brake line (Magnum +4 In black)

Everything else was good!

Ok....the bars were a set of stock, black, 1.25" dia., takeoffs from a 2017 Fatboy S that I got off of eBay for $100. The dealer parts man can get you them, new for around $250.
The cable is a Magnum Black XR Stainless Extreme Response Upper Brake Line (+4" over stock length). Part number "1741-4863" from Drag Specialties. Upper brake line +4" over stock length
