Searched forum for this and my Clymer manual doesn't list the length/size for the rear shocks.
Not even sure if length matters. But when I've searched online I've seen listing of shocks from 9.5 to 12.75 inches. Is there a certain length that was oem? My bike is starting to bottom out on bumps and seems to be light in front a little due to adding saddle bags and tour pack to bike.
so I'm looking at replacing shocks this winter to stiffen up the suspension a little. Just want to make sure I have the right length and not lower the bike. Maybe lift it a little to counter the added weight.
