That two pin connector you see there is what H-D uses on basically everything that comes on with ignition power. Marker lights are a good example.

Just make sure to get the connector that is opposite the one you are connectiong to (ie: female to male). After running the wires to the frame neck, you then add them to that #73102-96BK pin housing so they match up with the corresponding wire colors in the main harness' two way socket housing (73152-96BK).
These pics are of the same connectors https://cimg4.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.hdf...a602b57b9e.jpg The fender tip connector WOULD plug into the harness (right side photo) ... (to prove the "fit") https://cimg3.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.hdf...14720f5de7.jpg So you need another Connector as #37 to install on the exposed ends of the New Harness https://cimg0.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.hdf...e96e596196.jpg Item#37 Part# 73152-96BK https://cimg8.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.hdf...114608cde0.jpg You put this connector on this Exposed End https://cimg2.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.hdf...e9f7d0963c.jpg Fender tip connector plugs into his new harness connector https://cimg8.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.hdf...9b017ddc61.jpg |
Heritage front fender, light help
I understand that part what I don’t understand is does the 2 pin plug I’m getting plug into the 4 pin on the left side of the tank where the power for this fender light comes from or does it go to the 2 pin in-used plug coming off my headlight. Appreciate the help. Sorry for all the pics but I figured it helps seeing it. Also I want to get it right.

https://cimg3.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.hdf...14720f5de7.jpg I think multihdrdr may be correct. If the two circled connectors fit together then you need the female connector. #37 part #73152-96BK |
Fender light help
It does plug in no issue but to plug into the headlight lead I believe I need a male end.the 2 small fittings would go to a male end to then plug into the female connection on headlight lead . ??? Thanks guys. Honestly I could make my own connections there with electrical fittings if necessary.
