Default Deuce wide-tire kit 44075-04

With this kit I can bump up from the stock 160 to a 180 tire. Comes "with everything you see here" except for the required swingarm (ala 47637-04).

Does anyone know if the Wide Swingarm for Deuce models (47637-04) is the same as the OEM wide swingarm on all 06-newer FX models? I've got a take-off 2006 FX swingarm (had 200 tire in it OEM) I could use with this wide tire kit on my wife's Deuce if it'll fit. Will it fit.........more specifically, is it an acceptible substitute for 47637-04?

Asking is easier than installing it to find out. Thanks.

From what I've read, you can go up to a 180 without any mod.

Default Deuce 44075-04 Wide Tire Kit Instructions/Parts List

Found instructions, no longer need 44075-04 kit instructions. Thanks. Does anyone have an Instruction sheet or Parts list for Deuce 44075-04 Wide Tire Kit that could be scanned and sent to me? I have a 44075-04 kit I am going to sell and want to make sure I have all of the parts for the kit. Can't get any information from Harley. Thanks, Terry

Keep in mind that with the 180-60-17 tire that comes with the kit, it is the one and ONLY tire in that size. Which means when it's time for a tire you have no other choice than the Screamin' Eagle Dunlop.

i went to the Michelin 180. installed last night on my 2000 Deuce without any modifications. I did take a little material off the belt guard with a Demil just to give added clearance. HD tried to sell me a wide tire kit.

you dont need special swing arm or any other mods to go 180 on a deuce
you can get a SE 180 dunlop, which isnt really a true 180
or you can do what i did and get a 18x 5.5 wheel and put a 180 tyre on, i only had to get slightly smaller drive side axle spacer for this application
with this wheel i can now easily go to a 200 wide tyre with only mods required are the narrower 07 belt and pulley ,still stock swingarm, deuce rear fender will just take it
