Default Is Andrews 26 Cam Change a DIY

Have a 2004 88 CID that I'd like to upgrade for a bit more torque....is the cam change, either chain or gear drive, a do it yourself job or does it require too many specialized tools for a DIY?

I haven't done it yet but here is a link that should give you a good idea of what's involved.
