I know nothing about tires, but had to go with the metz 210 as couldn't get a Dunlop over here for some stupid reason. Man, the difference was night and day.
On the second set now, .....and wouldn't go back to the Dunlops if they paid me.

What PSI are you running on your Metz.210 ?
And what kind of wear are you getting out of it?
I liked the Metz.tire..the ride..the twisties, I felt like it stuck better...
If it did or not, I can't say..I lean the dunlop just as far.

42 in back; 36 up front. Same as I ran the Dunlops on. I'm gonna check the info on the tire today though.
I also ran 42psi in my Metz. 210..and I also thought.."wow, what a great tire"...until I only got 5K out of it.
Let me know what you decide......
I came from sport bike background, paying 300$ per season extra for the rear tire (average) to get a better grip, maybe avoid a nasty spill that could cost more in chrome parts .
I always think we under estimate tires, and it is all about the joy of riding, if it is about economic transportation, a Prius would do it better I think
+1 for the Me880, but I am hoping to try the new Pirellie Night Dragon, I have been Happy with the old Diablo racing series on my old sport bikes, they are incredible.
