Sundowner seat worth it?
#32
C&C FastBack, I've tried quite a few seats from the sundowner to the mustang over the years.
Not all butts nor backs are the same. The Fastback has lumbar support without the need of a backrest. I have no problem spending a couple of hours on it, the sundowner was 20 mins. I also have C&C's solo seat but only use it for short runs like bike nights.
It is a two up seat but I wouldn't recommend it for a passenger unless she was going only a few miles.

I got one for my softail. It'll be good if you have a passenger as it's much wider. I also found it sits deeper as well and almost has sort of a mini backrest which I like. I found mine cheap on ebay used. I had been looking for a Mustang seat but I couldn't find one and had a big trip coming up.

i have it on my slim. i was not a fan of the look at all. it is very wide. but, i do love the way you sit in it. it really locks your butt in place. the stock seat on the slim always felt like i was sliding off the back. i have never riddn more than a few hundred in a day, but i have zero complaints. it is definitely a comfy seat and well made. i'm getting used to the look.
