Second that Tom hummer, my wife thinks im an idiot every time i touch my bike. Same old comment " cant you just leave that damn bike alone". But as you guys know, theres always some thing to do or change on a bike. It never ends. Good luck Pensacolaharley

I think I'm an idiot every time I touch my bike...

I love the look of the Cruise Arms from Kuryakyn but I already have highway pegs on my engine guard. Does anyone know if I can use the same pegs on the Cruise Arms?

can one still mount those (Kuryakyn MK III Cruiser arms) with Delby engine guards mounted?

Yes that is the kit that is required. It is the same set up as I have. Here are the pic I promised.





All you have to do is remove the floorboard insert. It is held on with the rubber pads that push through the pan. Then, take the reinforcemnet piece from the Kuryaknyn kit, place it on the pan, mark the holes and drill. On the reinforcement plate, you will see 4 holes, I only used 3 because I used the "touring" extended rider floorboard pans.

Its not hard at all, and if you have a drill and a bit, you can accomplish this no problem.

Yes those pegs will work, the MKIII's require a male mount peg style.

I don't know about that specific engine guard, But I do know that they work with the HD guards, my mother had them on her bike with the Nostalgic engine guard.

Just flip your highway pegs over or switch side with them so they are on the inside of the crash bar...
